Call for Papers
The workshop covers four main topical areas:
- NMPC and MHE theory
- Computationational aspects of NMPC and
MHE
- NMPC and MHE applications and
application
aspects
- Future research directions.
In addition to the invited keynote and main speakers, there is room for
a limited number of contributed talks and posters. The
number of participants is
limited to allow plenty of time for discussion and debate, both formal
and informal.
If you want to present a talk or
poster, you need to submit an one
page
abstract. Due to numerous requests the extended deadline for
submission
is April 8, 2005. For
preparation and submission of the abstract please
follow the detailed instructions
provided here.
The abstracts for contributed talks and posters will
be sent out for external review and the authors will be notified of the
acceptance by May 14, 2005.
Dissemination/Proceedings
The workshop will be accompanied by a preprint volume and a CD-ROM
containing all contributed paper. Thus we expect from all contributors
(including talk and poster contributors) to submit a paper for the
preprints. To allow production of the preprint volume we ask
all contributors to submit their
paper by August
7, 2005 following the instructions
provided here.
After the conference all contributors are invited to contribute a
chapter for a book volume in the Springer
Lecture Notes in Control and Information Sciences series. The deadline for submission of the contributed papers for
the book volume
is October 2, 2005. All papers
will be sent out for peer-review. We expect the book volume to be published mid 2006.
All necessary informations about the book volume will be provided to
the contributors at the workshop.
