We proudly announce that our research has once again received distinguished recognition. The paper titled "Data-Driven Control of Distributed Event-Triggered Network Systems" by Xin Wang, Jian Sun, Gang Wang, Frank Allgöwer, and Jie Chen has been awarded the Hsue-shen Tsien Paper Award.
The Hsue-shen Tsien Paper Award is given annually to the best paper, published in the IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica (JAS) within one to three years prior to the award year and is named after Hsue-shen Tsien, a Chinese/American rocket scientist and pioneer of control theory who founded China's space program.
Lead author Xin Wang spent the final year of his PhD as a guest researcher at the IST, and the paper is one of the outcomes of his collaboration with our team during that time. Xin is now a professor at Changsha University of Science & Technology (CSUST) in Hunan Province, China.
