Subject

My research focuses on event-based control, where the control input is not updated continuously but only upon the occurrence of an event, with a time-triggered controller running at a fixed sampling rate serving as a simple example.
Motivated by networked control systems requiring efficient communication and resource allocation, my work investigates how such events can be designed to guarantee stability and performance while reducing communication within the system.

More information regarding the research focus of our Networked Control group can be found here.
